Description : Role Summary

We are seeking an exceptionally seasoned and highly skilled Senior Program Business Analyst (BA 4) to drive the successful delivery of complex, enterprise-level programs.

This role requires a hybrid BA / Program Coordination capability, leveraging extensive experience in both Business Analysis and Project / Program Management to bridge the gap between executive stakeholders, business units, and technology teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a matrix management environment, leading cross-functional teams to align strategy, scope, and execution across multiple simultaneous project streams.

Key Responsibilities :

Program Leadership & Coordination

• Serve as the Lead Business Analyst across large-scale modernization or transformation programs, managing activities that span multiple project workstreams.
• Demonstrate strong matrix management experience by effectively leading, coordinating, and providing direction to teams across business, technology (development), and quality assurance (testing) functions.
• Utilize strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple project activities simultaneously within the broader program.
• Coordinate all project activities and provide expertise throughout the design, development, and implementation phases of the program lifecycle.
