· Support the BC’s to collect the proper documents as pert the Banks guideline.

· Agreement and Document collection from BC

· BC/Agent Field level onboarding support

· To provide proper device demonstration

· To give proper product training to the Agents

· Up time Downtime update to the field on time

· Monitor and support the field level technical issues.

· Filed level monitoring of Agents performance and Sales promotional activities.

· Ensure that business generation is as per the regulatory and internal compliance
