Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Senior Broker to lead land transaction activities within our Capital Market Services division. This role involves achieving individual and revenue targets through land acquisition and disposition while maintaining strong relationships with developers and financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate financial modeling, local building regulations, and project cash flows.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Achieve individual and revenue targets through land transactions including acquisition and disposition for clients
- Build and sustain strong relationships with developers across the region
- Collaborate with the execution team following established processes for deal placement
- Source and engage new clients to expand business opportunities
- Develop financial models for real estate project cash flows
- Stay updated and knowledgeable about local building development laws and regulations
- Prepare compelling pitch decks and presentations for clients and stakeholders
- Support knowledge requirements and provide expertise for offshore MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
- Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience in real estate consulting, brokering, or related fields
