As we scale, we are looking for a dynamic Head of Growth who can take ownership of our brand, users, and revenue — and build Effora into the most trusted name in personal care innovation.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s and / or Master’s degree from Tier 1 institutes in India or abroad.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or brand leadership in consumer tech, D2C beauty, personal care devices.
- Experience scaling brands across India and international markets.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, user acquisition, retention, and brand equity.
- Strong data-driven decision-making ability with a history of creating measurable, high-impact growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
1. User Acquisition & Full-Funnel Growth
Lead and optimize the full marketing funnel — Performance, CRM, retargeting, and lifecycle automation.Use deep analytics to improve CAC, ROAS, repeat rates, and retention.Collaborate with product, design, and CX teams to enhance user experience across web, app, and marketplace channels.Build strong communities and user cohorts through content, influencers, and engagement programs.2. Revenue & Marketplace Growth (Tira, Nykaa, Clinikally, Amazon, etc.)
Own revenue across all sales channels — D2C website + marketplaces.Build and manage marketplace strategies including :Product listingsVisibility & ranking optimizationSponsored ads and promotionsReviews & rating managementMarketplace relationships and negotiationsIdentify and build partnerships that strengthen Effora’s footprint and unlock new monetization opportunities.Analyze sales data, competition, pricing, and customer behavior to drive continuous optimization.3. Brand, Strategy & Market Expansion
Define and execute Effora’s overall growth and marketing blueprint.Work directly with founders to translate the company vision into measurable brand and revenue outcomes.Lead go-to-market strategy for new products in the personal care appliances segment.Build Effora’s positioning in a competitive market through segmentation, messaging, and category differentiation.4. Marketing Leadership & Creative Direction
Design and execute high-impact campaigns across :Digital media (Meta, Google, YouTube)Influencers & creatorsContent marketingPR and storytellingOn-ground activations & experience-led eventsOwn and manage Effora’s ad campaigns end-to-end (planning → creatives → execution → optimization).Create powerful brand narratives to establish Effora as a premium, trustworthy innovator.Manage agencies, media partners, vendors, and creators to deliver exceptional output consistently.5. Product Innovation & Consumer Insights
Collaborate with product, R&D, and engineering teams to align marketing with product vision.Introduce new initiatives like referral programs, loyalty cycles, gifting funnels, and social virality loops.Conduct deep market research and integrate consumer insights into the product roadmap.Champion a user-first mindset across the organization.6. Market Research & Competitive Strategy
