About the Company

Vigoure MMA and Fitness is looking for passionate and skilled MMA Coaches to join our elite training team across our 5 premium centers in Bangalore (Koramangala, Sarjapur, Indiranagar, JP Nagar, and Marathahalli). The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of mixed martial arts training experience with competitive background or certified coaching credentials. This role involves conducting technical MMA classes, teaching various disciplines (striking, grappling, wrestling), mentoring fighters, and maintaining the highest standards of martial arts excellence. About the Role

The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of mixed martial arts training experience with competitive background or certified coaching credentials.

Responsibilities

• Teach specific martial arts disciplines (Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, MMA)
• Ensure proper technique instruction and maintain strict safety protocols during all training sessions
• Mentor competitive fighters preparing for amateur and professional competitions
• Maintain clean and organized training areas including mats, equipment, and changing rooms
• Complete daily class reports
• Participate in team meetings, technical workshops, and continuing martial arts education
• Demonstrate techniques with proper form
• Follow the class structure provided
• Follow the Training Program Structure provided

3.5 - 4 LPA Fixed and 50,000 performance based incentives.
