Role Overview

We’re looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer (Mobile Heavy) who can lead and scale our mobile-first product experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong background in React Native, mobile app architecture, and performance optimization — and has built impactful, scalable products at top-tier product companies or fast-growing startups.

You’ll be responsible for driving technical excellence, mentoring teams, and owning end-to-end mobile feature delivery that delights millions of users.

Location : Remote

Employment Type : Full-Time

Experience : 6+ years

Compensation : ₹45–₹60 LPA

Responsibilities :

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of mobile-first frontend systems using React Native and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with backend, design, and product teams to deliver smooth, responsive, and scalable experiences.
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization guidelines for mobile and hybrid web applications.
• Drive technical discussions, mentor frontend teams, and contribute to strategic product roadmap decisions.
• Ensure app stability, code reusability, and modularity across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web).
• Evaluate and integrate modern tools and frameworks (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, AI-driven dev tools) to boost productivity.
