Job Objective :
The purpose of the Consulting Engineer is to support with Consulting activities in a customer facing role (including technical management) for Oracle Communications products and services specifically around portfolio of OC-SBC, OC-CAS and Oracle Consulting Services for Unified Communications like DRaaS, Operator Connect. Individual shall work part of highly motivated team of Delivery Consultants that work on complex solutions using the Oracle Products in IMS domains such as SBC, ECB, EOM, OCOM etc in order to solve the issues and ensure a professional and high-quality work. The team takes care of the tasks such as Solution architect, Implementation, Testing, Project support, internal client handling, coordination with Support, PLM, Engineering, License teams.
The position requires having a very good knowledge and skills on Oracle Communications SBC, OC-CAS, SIP Protocol, Unified Communications, Microsoft Teams DRaaS, Operator Connect. The mission is not limited to above alone but will be extended to other products i.e. ISR, EOM, ECB, OCOM, SR, SLB, or any product Oracle Communications is working on) over the bare-metal, virtualized or cloud infrastructure as IaaS or PaaS.

Responsibilities
Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
