Talent Acquisition Executive

UpMan Placements is a rapidly scaling recruitment consultancy working with clients across multiple sectors, roles and geographies. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional who can efficiently manage our internal recruitment needs and contribute to smooth operational functioning.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for internal recruiter positions

Sourcing profiles through job portals, social platforms, referrals & professional networks

Screening, interviewing & evaluating candidates as per role-fitment

Coordinating recruitment operations, follow-ups, and documentation

Supporting employee engagement and internal communication initiatives

Candidate Profile

Minimum 6 months experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

Experience with sourcing, screening & interview coordination

Strong communication, stakeholder management & multitasking ability

Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad
