Job Summary : We are seeking a Media Associate – Performance Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and publisher platforms. The ideal candidate combines data-driven decision-making with creative problem-solving to deliver measurable results for multiple client accounts. You’ll play a key role in shaping media strategies, analyzing performance, and driving growth through digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Publisher platforms.
• Ensure end-to-end quality control — from setup to reporting.
• Translate brand objectives into actionable media strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Analyze data, derive insights, and drive data-led decision-making.
• Manage multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining strong relationships.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and platform innovations.
• Maintain strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and campaign KPIs.
• Prepare and present performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and analytics teams to enhance campaign impact.
