As we continue to expand, we are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department and drive organizational growth.

Position Overview :

The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in building a strong workforce, fostering a performance-driven culture, and ensuring smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end HR management, HR systems (especially Keka), compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's objectives.
• Lead the entire recruitment process - from manpower planning, sourcing, and selection to onboarding.
• Oversee employee engagement, performance management, and retention programs.
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and HRMIS updates through Keka HRMS.
• Ensure adherence to statutory compliances and labor law regulations.
• Serve as an advisor to management on HR policies, disciplinary actions, and organizational structure.
• Build and maintain a positive workplace culture emphasizing professionalism, integrity, and productivity.
• Conduct periodic reviews, appraisals, and training sessions to enhance workforce capabilities.
