Senior Facebook Ads Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Facebook Ads Manager to lead our paid advertising efforts and deliver measurable results.

They will be responsible for developing scalable acquisition funnels aligned with business goals, continuously analyzing, testing, and optimizing ad performance, and reporting campaign insights and recommending growth strategies directly to leadership.

To succeed in this role, the selected individual must possess a strong command of conversion tracking, bid strategy, audience segmentation, and analytics. Hands-on experience with large-scale budgets and international markets is also essential.

A results-first mindset and excellent communication and reporting skills are crucial for this position. Previous success in remote, performance-based roles is highly valued.

• Main Responsibilities :
• Lead the full cycle of Facebook Ads campaigns, including targeting diverse Asian markets with data-driven performance tactics.
• Analyze, test, and optimize ad performance to achieve optimal results.
• Develop scalable acquisition funnels aligned with business objectives.
• Report campaign insights and recommend growth strategies directly to leadership.
• Required Skills and Qualifications :
• 5+ years of experience in Facebook Ads management.
• Strong command of conversion tracking, bid strategy, audience segmentation, and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale budgets and international markets.
