Office Experience Manager

Role & Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee day-to-day front office operations, ensuring smooth visitor and client interactions.
• Greet and assist guests, clients, and vendors professionally while ensuring proper visitor protocols.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, correspondence, and courier management.
• Maintain and update appointment schedules, meeting calendars, and conference room bookings.
• Support senior management with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics coordination.
• Supervise reception area upkeep and ensure compliance with company standards for hospitality and security.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, pantry, and admin teams to ensure seamless office operations.
• Assist HR and Admin teams in employee engagement activities, onboarding coordination, and record management.
• Handle petty cash, office supplies, and vendor follow-ups where required.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and always uphold company policies.
