Job description

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer / DevOps Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing CI / CD pipelines and automation solutions. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will shape DevOps practices, define standards, and enable faster, safer software delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Architect and implement modern CI / CD pipelines and end-to-end development automation strategies.
  • Lead initiatives for build versioning, packaging, and dependency management across teams and projects.
  • Define and enforce standards for code quality, security scanning, and automated testing within the delivery pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain reference architectures and best practices for automation workflows.
  • Partner with security teams to implement "shift-left" security practices, ensuring vulnerabilities are caught early.
  • Guide the setup and adoption of A / B testing frameworks and feature flagging mechanisms for progressive delivery.
  • Champion DevSecOps and continuous improvement across the engineering lifecycle.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

  • Strong hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI / CD tooling.
  • Deep understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps automation.
  • Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes.
  • Proficient in using security and quality scanning tools like Veracode, SonarQube, and others.
  • Knowledge of build systems, package managers, and artifact repositories (e.g., Maven, NuGet, Artifactory).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, or similar tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive adoption of DevOps best practices across teams.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Certifications in Azure, DevOps, or Kubernetes.
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
  • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.).
  • Exposure to cloud-native tools and monitoring stacks.
