We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer / DevOps Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing CI / CD pipelines and automation solutions. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will shape DevOps practices, define standards, and enable faster, safer software delivery across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and implement modern CI / CD pipelines and end-to-end development automation strategies.
- Lead initiatives for build versioning, packaging, and dependency management across teams and projects.
- Define and enforce standards for code quality, security scanning, and automated testing within the delivery pipelines.
- Develop and maintain reference architectures and best practices for automation workflows.
- Partner with security teams to implement "shift-left" security practices, ensuring vulnerabilities are caught early.
- Guide the setup and adoption of A / B testing frameworks and feature flagging mechanisms for progressive delivery.
- Champion DevSecOps and continuous improvement across the engineering lifecycle.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
Strong hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI / CD tooling.Deep understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps automation.Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes.Proficient in using security and quality scanning tools like Veracode, SonarQube, and others.Knowledge of build systems, package managers, and artifact repositories (e.g., Maven, NuGet, Artifactory).Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, or similar tools.Ability to work cross-functionally and drive adoption of DevOps best practices across teams.Preferred Qualifications :
Certifications in Azure, DevOps, or Kubernetes.Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.).Exposure to cloud-native tools and monitoring stacks.What We Offer :
