Job Description

Swift Timing General IST (10 AM to 7PM)

Design and implement

ServiceNow integrations

using REST / SOAP APIs and scripted APIs.

Develop and configure

Flow Designer

workflows for automation and process orchestration.

Ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow and external systems leveraging

Integration Hub

and

MID Server .

Build and maintain

orchestration workflows

for automated tasks across platforms.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.

Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance for high availability and reliability.
