Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Support
• Assist CXOs in planning, monitoring, and executing high-impact projects.
• Prepare briefing notes, research reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Track progress of strategic initiatives and prepare MIS reports for weekly and monthly reviews.
• Operational Excellence
• Coordinate across departments (Operations, Production, Service, HR, Finance, etc.) to ensure alignment with CXOs' directives.
• Identify process gaps, suggest improvements, and monitor execution of corrective measures.
• Support drafting and implementation of SOPs, compliance documents, and performance reports.
• Stakeholder Management
• Act as a liaison between CXOs and internal / external stakeholders.
• Draft professional communication, letters, MoUs, notices, and reports under the guidance of CXOs.
• Assist in investor relations, government interactions, and ecosystem collaborations.
• Data & Research
• Conduct industry, competition, and policy research to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyse operational and financial data, providing concise summaries and recommendations
• Confidential Projects
• Handle sensitive and confidential assignments with utmost integrity.
• Support CXOs in HR matters such as appraisals, PIP processes, and organisational restructuring.
