Graphic Design Intern

Role overview

We’re building a global learning brand with a strong visual identity and presence across social, YouTube, and web - especially for audiences in the US market .

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer Intern to help us bring this vision to life through engaging, cohesive, and creative design.

Role Details & Schedule

Role Type : Internship 4-6 months

Location : This is a full-time, work-from-office position based at our HSR Bengaluru office

Schedule : The role requires a 6-day work week .

Conversion to full time role : Yes [Based on performance]

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Marketing

Design impactful social media creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

Translate content briefs into visually compelling posts, carousels, and short-form visual stories.

Work closely with content and marketing teams to align design with messaging and campaign objectives.

2. Website

Create banners, icons, infographics, and other visual assets for Wiingy’s website.

Support UI / UX design updates with clear, consistent visuals aligned with the brand identity.

Ensure assets are optimized for performance, clarity, and user experience.

3. YouTube

Design thumbnails and visual assets for Wiingy’s YouTube channels.

Apply best practices in layout, color, and typography to maximize click-through and brand recall.

Develop cohesive creative styles across video series and playlists.

4. Visual Consistency & Design Identity

Build and maintain a consistent visual design system across all marketing touchpoints.

Contribute to defining Wiingy’s color palette, typography, imagery, and layout guidelines .

Ensure every visual — from a YouTube thumbnail to a LinkedIn post — reflects the same brand personality.

Help document and evolve Wiingy’s brand style guide for internal and external teams.

5. Product Marketing

Support the marketing team in creating design assets for product launches, features, and campaigns.

Design visuals that explain Wiingy’s offerings clearly — for example, infographics, explainer visuals, or promotional creatives.

Collaborate with product and growth teams to visually communicate the value proposition and key differentiators of Wiingy’s tutoring experience.

6. AI-Led Creative Generation

Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL

• E, Firefly, Runway, etc.) for ideation, mockups, and asset generation.

Blend manual design craft with AI-assisted creativity to enhance output speed and experimentation.

Explore new AI features to keep Wiingy’s creative approach at the forefront of innovation.

Who you are

A design student or recent graduate with a passion for visual storytelling.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Figma.

Excited by the intersection of design, marketing, and technology .

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of composition, color, and typography.

Curious about and open to using AI tools to supercharge creativity.

Experience or personal projects creating content for social media or YouTube is a plus.
