Job descriptionDrive environment, health, and safety (EHS) initiatives by creating awareness and educating staff and stakeholders Share success stories and best practices across JLL project teams to reinforce safety culture Mentor and coach both safety officers and non-safety professionals regularly Ensure relevant safety licenses are obtained and kept up-to-date Minimum 10 years of experience in construction safety Strong background in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management Holder of a valid safety license with a proven record in delivering safety training Well-versed in project safety systems, tools, processes, and best practices for flawless execution Strong ability to identify stakeholder requirements and devise effective safety measures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Skilled at building team relationships, listening actively, and promoting knowledge sharing Capable of interacting effectively with internal teams and business partners

- Lead efforts to build and maintain an environmentally sustainable, healthy, and safe workplace
- Provide safety support to all projects, ensuring compliance with JLL standards and local regulations
- Conduct safety review meetings with project and design teams at the project initiation stage
- Ensure all high-risk activities have appropriate Safety Work Method Statements (SWMS)
- Promote workplace safety through site inspections, risk reporting, corrective actions, and weekly safety meetings
- Coordinate with project managers and operations managers to ensure site safety and prevent incidents
