- Lead efforts to build and maintain an environmentally sustainable, healthy, and safe workplace
- Provide safety support to all projects, ensuring compliance with JLL standards and local regulations
- Conduct safety review meetings with project and design teams at the project initiation stage
- Ensure all high-risk activities have appropriate Safety Work Method Statements (SWMS)
- Promote workplace safety through site inspections, risk reporting, corrective actions, and weekly safety meetings
- Coordinate with project managers and operations managers to ensure site safety and prevent incidents
Promoting safety awareness
Drive environment, health, and safety (EHS) initiatives by creating awareness and educating staff and stakeholdersShare success stories and best practices across JLL project teams to reinforce safety cultureMentor and coach both safety officers and non-safety professionals regularlyEnsure relevant safety licenses are obtained and kept up-to-dateEducation and experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction safetyStrong background in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) managementHolder of a valid safety license with a proven record in delivering safety trainingWell-versed in project safety systems, tools, processes, and best practices for flawless executionAn eye for detail
