Warranty Support Engineer

Job Title : Warranty Support Engineer

Location : Saharanpur

Experience Required : Minimum 1 year experience with railway locomotive or automotive products. Qualification : Diploma or in Electronics / Electrical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide warranty support for railway locomotive or automotive products.

Prepare and analyze MIS (Management Information System) reports.

Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve warranty-related issues.

Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints.

Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and resolutions.

Skills Required :

Strong technical knowledge of electronics / electrical engineering.

Proficiency in creating and analyzing MIS reports.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
