Key Responsibilities :
Creative Ideation & Concept Development :
- Understand creative briefs and contribute to brainstorming sessions with innovative visual concepts.
- Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and marketing teams to develop integrated campaigns.
- Translate ideas into visual language that resonates with the brand's tone and audience.
Design Execution :
Create layouts, illustrations, digital ads, social media creatives, print collateral, packaging, and presentation decks.Ensure design consistency across campaigns and platforms (web, mobile, print, video).Supervise junior designers and review work to maintain quality and alignment with brand guidelines.Client & Team Collaboration :
Present ideas and mockups to internal stakeholders and clients.Take feedback constructively and iterate efficiently while maintaining creative integrity.Work within deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Innovation & Trends :
Stay updated with global design trends, tools, and technologies.Suggest new styles, formats, or tools to elevate visual storytelling.Contribute to the creative growth of the team through mentorship and skill-sharing.Qualifications : Required :
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.0–4 years of experience in visual design, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of work across digital and print media.Preferred :
Experience in motion graphics, basic video editing, or UI design (optional but a plus).Familiarity with branding, photography direction, and campaign ideation.Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)Knowledge of tools like Figma, Sketch, Canva (optional)Understanding of print production processes and digital specificationsSkills Required
