Proactively seeks out, engages, and activates passive candidates using techniques such as LinkedIn and alternative search methods. Demonstrates goal-oriented, self-driven qualities, with a focus on meeting recruitment targets. Regularly prepares and submits detailed daily / weekly work reports through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Possesses hands-on experience in recruiting international candidates, particularly in the USA, for nursing roles and vendor positions. Prior experience in the healthcare industry is essential. Provides guidance and counseling to nursing candidates. Specializes in sourcing candidates with essential language qualifications, such as IELTS and NCLEX. Proficient in creating and maintaining a comprehensive recruitment database. Willingness to travel for recruitment drives when required. A dedicated team player, demonstrating a keen aptitude for learning, innovative thinking, and a proactive approach to assignments. Open to rotational shifts and willing to work on weekends as necessary.
