What you'll do
- Run and optimize Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation
- Build custom audiences, retargeting flows & conversion funnels
- Collaborate on creatives and ad copy to boost performance
- Track key metrics (CPL, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and optimize daily
- Set up pixels, events, custom conversions & UTMs
- Conduct A / B tests to refine audiences and creatives
- Share clear weekly insights and performance reports
