Data Analyst - Healthcare

As a Data Analyst – Healthcare Analytics , you will be responsible for driving the architecture, delivery, and governance of Azure-based data solutions across multiple programs

You will play a strategic role in data transformation initiatives while mentoring team members and collaborating with stakeholders across functions.

Location : Delhi / NCR preferred, Chennai, Bangalore & Hyderabad

Notice : Immediate - 30 days

The role also requires exposure to advanced analytics, data science, and LLM integration in production environments, along with strong Healthcare domain experience.

Collaborate with business teams to understand technical / analysis requirements and build scalable data solutions independently with minimal supervision.

Leverage Healthcare domain knowledge to discover data issues and provide & implement recommendations to resolve them using data engineering & data management best practices. Seamlessly work in the Azure & Databricks ecosystem and follow best practices for data security, governance, and compliance.

Bring expertise in CI / CD and DevOps processes to support smooth deployments, when needed Hold or actively pursue certification in Azure Data Engineering or Databricks.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills, Competencies & Experience :

3-6 years of experience in data management, analytics and engineering in the Healthcare space

Strong knowledge of Azure Databricks, including Architecture, Delta Lake, Databricks Unity Catalog, Workflow, Compute, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL Managed Instance.

Proficiency in Pyspark with the ability to process large-scale datasets in distributed environments and.

Hands-on experience with SQL (query writing, optimization, and performance tuning).

Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).

Solid understanding of data governance, data lineage, access controls, and compliance frameworks Strong communication skills with experience of working directly with the client stakeholders
