Senior Animation Developer

2D Animation Specialist

This role involves creating engaging animations for games, bringing characters and environments to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of animation principles and be proficient in software such as Spine, Adobe Animate, or Unity Animator.

The selected individual will work closely with other artists, designers, and developers to craft high-quality animations that enhance gameplay, storytelling, and player immersion. They will be responsible for :

• Designing and developing 2D animations for characters, creatures, UI elements, environments, and VFX.
• Collaborating with programmers to implement animations in-game, ensuring smooth transitions and responsiveness.
• Maintaining consistency in visual style and quality across all animations, aligned with the project's artistic direction.

In addition to technical skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential for success in this role. Comfortable working in an iterative, fast-paced development environment is also required.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering high-quality animation work, preferably in the game industry. Experience with rigging and creating reusable animation assets is highly desirable.
