Job Title : Workforce Software Senior Consultant / Solution Architect

Location : Remote

Exp : 8+yrs (Relevant to WFS 5yrs)

Salary - 3,00,000 -3,40,000 / month(gross)

Key Responsibilities :

• 5+ years of experience in Workforce Software implementation.
• Deep expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, ACT, and Reporting.
• Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, SQL, HTML).
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and Payroll (preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
