SEO Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented SEO Manager to join our innovative team and drive organic growth in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in traditional SEO (on-page and off-page), as well as emerging practices like AI-Optimized SEO (AIO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). You should also bring experience in outreach strategies to build high-quality backlinks and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to clients, incorporating 2025 trends such as AI integration, algorithm updates, AIO, and GEO to enhance search performance across traditional and generative engines.
• Perform in-depth keyword research, technical site audits, and competitor analysis, leveraging AI tools for efficiency and insights.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, structure, and user experience for improved rankings, with a focus on AI-friendly content that performs well in generative search results.
• Lead off-page SEO efforts, including strategic link-building, guest posting, influencer outreach, and partnership campaigns to build authority and domain strength.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using advanced tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and AI-powered platforms (e.g., for predictive analytics or content optimization).
• Conduct outreach to industry influencers, bloggers, and media outlets to secure collaborations, features, and backlinks that amplify brand reach.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 7 years of hands-on SEO experience, with demonstrated success in AIO, GEO, and outreach-driven campaigns.
• Proven results in enhancing organic search performance, including measurable improvements in rankings, traffic, and conversions—please provide examples in your application.
• Strong proficiency in English for verbal and written communication, with the ability to craft compelling outreach pitches and reports.
• Deep knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and optimization techniques for both traditional SEO and AI-enhanced search (e.g., optimizing for large language models or generative responses).
• Expertise with core SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for SEO, Surfer SEO, or similar.
• Ability to thrive independently, manage multiple client projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt to fast-paced changes in the SEO ecosystem.
• Bonus: Experience in SEO for AI-related products/services or industries, with an understanding of how AI impacts search behaviors and content strategies.
