Qualification – Graduate / PG

Must-Haves :

Minimum 8 years experience

• Proven in-house TA experience in an MNC (healthcare preferred;

open to similar industries)

Strong stakeholder management across functions and seniority levels

Experience with TA programs, employer branding, and recruitment technologies

Ability to act as a strategic advisor on hiring processes, market insights, and workforce planning
