We at Coforge are hiring skilled Oracle Fusion Consultant with expertise in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Financials. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and support, particularly in modules related to project costing, billing, contracts, and core financials. This role will be pivotal in delivering business solutions, optimizing processes, and supporting enterprise-wide Oracle Cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance and PPM modules :
  • PPM Modules : Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Project Management
  • Financials Modules : General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Perform system configurations, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and production support.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end financial close activities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including functional specs, test scripts, and user guides.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and data security policies.
  • Provide training and post-go-live support to end users.

Required Skills :

  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM and Financials.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and business processes.
  • Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation or multiple support projects.
  • Proficiency in Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher) and data loading tools (FBDI, ADFdi).
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and project financials.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Familiar with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Oracle Cloud Certification in PPM or Financials.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware platforms.
  • Exposure to SLA setups and accounting rules in Oracle Cloud
