Airawath is an AI-driven consumer product reinventing gifting, personalization, e-invitations, and social connection. Analytic Era is a US-based IT Services & Staffing company. We are hiring an AI Automation Engineer who can design, build, and deploy AI agents, automation workflows, and internal systems across both products.

This is a pure individual contributor role for someone who loves building, automating, experimenting, and solving problems using AI + Automation.

⭐ What You Will Build

You will create high-impact automation across :

Airawath

AI agents for gift recommendation tuning

Auto-classification & tagging for e-invitation templates

AI-driven content engines (blogs, suggestions, personalization)

Prompt-to-design automation for templates (Fabric.js / WebGL workflows)

Internal AI bot to automate product ops

Automated ranking QA systems

Notification & workflow triggers (Bands, Nvite, reminders)

Analytic Era (US IT Services)

Resume screening agents

Automated JD matching

CRM / ATS automations

Email → Slack → Workflow pipelines

Timesheet verifications, client invoicing logic

Document automation (MSA, PO, WO drafts)

HR & Operations automations (India + US workflows)

You will work directly with founders and engineering to build zero-to-one automations and intelligent agents.
