Adobe Design is looking for an innovative Senior Experience Designer to join our Document Cloud team and work with a multidisciplinary team to drive user acquisition engagement & monetization for Acrobat .

Youll be working on products such as Adobe Acrobat Sign and Scan (just to name a few) that are ubiquitous in the lives and work of more than 700 million monthly active users and span across a multitude of surfaces and platforms. The Document Cloud design team has a strong legacy of innovation and continues to be recognized for groundbreaking work. We were hono u red in TIMEs Best Inventions in 2023 for our advancements in Liquid Mode and again in 2024 for Acrobats AI Assistant . As a key design team member youll play an integral part in crafting the next generation of productivity tools at Adobe! We are working on projects that help people consume comprehend create and collaborate on documents in new ways.

What youll do

• Design simple elegant and intuitive conversational GenAI experiences that make Acrobat feel more human contextual and responsive.
• Craft cohesive interaction patterns that connect prompt-based generative and conversational touchpoints into a single fluid experience.
• Apply a growth mindset to experiment on acquisition monetization and engagement initiatives keeping user centricity at the forefront.
• Define design strategy and craft visions for AI-first products and experiences communicating them to senior executives through compelling storytelling.
• Explore building ideas through sketches storyboards wireframes and prototypes that bring to fruition both interactive and cohesive AI experiences.
• Advocate for the userusing feedback research and data to uncover unexpected needs and design AI that feels trustworthy and genuinely helpful.
• Partner closely with product engineering and research to scale conversational and unified AI capabilities across Acrobat ensuring consistency and clarity in every interaction.
