Job Purpose

Key figures

The individual has to focus on creating demand generation for the new range of Paints / White cement products through aggressive influencer engagement

Main Accountabilities

Requirements and skills

 Main focus on demand generation from contractors / applicators and achievement of tertiary targets

 Influencer activation and management

 Drive loyalty program from contractors / applicators

 Engage with various stakeholders like Architects, Structural Consultants, Institutional Clients, Civil Construction Companies & Application Firms

 Approval of products from structural consultants

 Plan and organize product training and demonstration meets for Contractors / Applicators

 Conduct activities in the market for influencer engagement

 Minimum Degree : Any graduate / post graduate / B.Tech [ Civil Preferred]; MBA / PGDM [Optional]

 Minimum Years / Type of experience : 2 to 5 Years in Paints / Building materials Industry
