• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve organisational goals in the apparel manufacturing.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the company's objectives.
• Lead financial planning and budget management to ensure profitability.
• Manage P&L for the business.
• Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities in the retail market.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have :

• 20+ years of experience in leading manufacturing organisations.
• Should have worked with company stakeholders directly (not buyers).
• Expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and team leadership.
• In-depth understanding of market trends and customer preferences in the fashion and apparel sector.
• A strong educational background in business administration, management, or a related field.
• Executive presence.
• Willing to relocate to Tirupur.
