Technical Manager (Urgent)

Job Title : Technical Manager – Data Engineering

Location : Pune, India

Experience : 12–15 years (including 2–3 years in a managerial role)

Role Summary :

Lead a team of data engineers and architects to design, develop, and implement enterprise data solutions. Combine technical expertise in data architecture, cloud, and engineering with strong leadership, team management, and project prioritization skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and manage a technical team (20–25 members)
• Oversee data architecture, modeling, ETL / ELT, and database design (SQL & NoSQL)
• Manage cloud-based applications (BigQuery, GCP, AWS) and DevOps processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and delivery timelines
• Optimize existing data systems, incorporate new technologies, and ensure compliance
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
