Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Specialist in our Head Office located in (Kidwai Nagar) Kanpur Nagar. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, including evaluating tender requirements, preparing proposals, submitting bids, and coordinating with procurement teams. Daily tasks include analyzing tender documents, drafting proposals, communicating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Tender Management and Proposal Writing
  • Proficiency in GEM, IREPS, and E-Procurement systems .
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Procurement knowledge
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Previous experience in the power or engineering industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end tender processes on GEM (Government E-Marketplace) , IREPS (Indian Railways E-Procurement System) , and other E-Procurement portals .
  • Preparing and submitting bids, proposals, and necessary documentation.
  • Coordinating with departments for pricing, technical details, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitoring live tenders, updates, and ensuring timely submissions.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all tendering activities.
