Role Brief :
The Practice Leader Content and Commerce will own the growth of the practice including new offering development, solution assets, customer pitches & proposals for both proactive and reactive opportunities. The role needs strong technical expertise across various content and commerce platforms. S / he should also bring in strong consulting and customer interaction capabilities to engage key client stake holders to lead and drive overall solution and customer discussions for new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define practice growth strategy
- New offerings and proposition development in line with market needs
- Envision and build new solutions for Agentic content and commerce services
- Build solution response for new opportunities and RFPs
- Lead technical discussions and presentations with customers
- Build enterprise architecture across CX ecosystem, including DAM, CMS, Commerce, Personalization, Campaigns and other integrated ecosystem components.
- Strong experience to transform vision into achievable technology roadmap and solutions across content, marketing and Commerce.
- Execute consulting and discovery engagements
- Drive solutions and POCs to support GTM motions
- Research new products and technologies to determine fit with the technology roadmap and customer needs
- Work closely with client partners and delivery teams to create new pipeline of opportunities.
Candidates Must Have :
Min 15 Years of IT experience, including 10+ years of strong technology experience with proven track record in defining solutions and executing multiple full scale content & commerce solutions (including but not limited to, Salesforce Commerce ,Adobe Experience Cloud, SAP Hybris Commerce, Comercetools, Adobe Commerce)Strong experience in headless CMS and Commerce solutions.Experience in building and owning end to end proposalsExperience in a consulting environment, interacting with executive clients and sponsors.Possess good organizational, interpersonal, communication and documentation skills.Candidates should demonstrate the below listed critical leadership qualities :
