Practice Lead – AccessibilityLocation : RemoteExperience : 10+ years (with 5+ years in Accessibility leadership)Shift : 02 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM ISTAbout the RoleWe are seeking aPractice Lead – Accessibilityto establish and scale our Accessibility Practice. The ideal leader will bring deep expertise in accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA, Section 508, EN 301 549), lead accessibility consulting engagements, and mentor teams to deliver inclusive digital experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesPractice LeadershipDefine the vision, frameworks, and offerings for the Accessibility Practice.Build methodologies, toolkits, and governance for accessibility delivery.Client EngagementAct as a trusted advisor on accessibility strategy and compliance.Lead client workshops, accessibility audits, and roadmap planning.Partner with sales / pre-sales for RFPs, solutions, and proposals.Delivery & GovernanceOversee accessibility audits, testing, and remediation projects.Ensure compliance withWCAG 2.1 / 2.2, ADA, Section 508, EN 301 549 .Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to embed accessibility in SDLC.Team DevelopmentHire, mentor, and lead accessibility specialists, testers, and consultants.Drive certifications, internal training, and accessibility advocacy.Required Skills & ExperienceProven leadership in Accessibility Programs and Teams.Strong knowledge of WCAG, ADA, Section 508, EN 301 549.Hands-on with tools : AXE, WAVE, JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack .Experience acrossWeb, Mobile, and Enterprise applications .Excellentstakeholder management & client communication skills .Preferred QualificationsAccessibility certifications (IAAP CPACC, WAS, CPWA).Background in UX, HCI, or software development.Experience with global clients across industries.Perks & BenefitsHealthcare, cab facilities, meals (as per company policy).Sponsorship for accessibility certifications & training.Opportunity to lead aGlobal Accessibility Center of Excellence .
