Job Summary :
We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, coordinate service requests, and ensure a smooth experience from product drop-off to delivery. You will act as the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and trust.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries.
- Register customer complaints and create service tickets in the system.
- Explain service process, repair status, and estimated delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians to update customers about repair progress.
- Handle billing, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely communication.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
- Assist in feedback collection and service improvement initiatives.
Requirements :
Education : Any degree or diploma.Experience : 0–2 years (freshers welcome). Experience in customer service or electronics service centers is a plus.Skills :Good communication in English and Tamil.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).Pleasant personality and problem-solving attitude.Ability to multitask and handle customers patiently.Work Timing : 10 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM
Salary : ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
