Admissions Counselor

The Indian Institute of Art & Design (IIAD) , New Delhi, is inviting applications for the position of Counselor / Senior Counselor to join our Admissions & Outreach Team . We are seeking dynamic and motivated professionals who are passionate about guiding students in their academic journey and contributing to the growth of a premier design education institution.

• Designation : Counselor / Senior Counselor- Admissions & Outreach
• Name of the Institution : Indian Institute of Art and Design (IIAD)
• Location : 7th Floor, Spaze Palazo, Golf Course Ext Rd, Sector 69, Gurugram
• Working Hours : Timings 9.00 a.m – 6.00 pm (Monday to Friday) / 10 : 00 a.m – 5 : 00 pm (Saturday), 2 Saturdays off in a month (Timings are subject to change depending on requirements.)
• Work Experience : Minimum 1–2 years (Freshers with exceptional qualities may also be considered. Preference will be given to candidates from Gurgaon / Dwarka.
• Education : Graduate, preferably with a short-term professional or vocational qualification
• Reporting : Manager / Head – Admissions & Outreach

Job Description :

The Counselor plays a key role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process at the Indian Institute of Art and Design (IIAD) . This position involves engaging with students and parents, providing detailed information about academic programs, and assisting candidates in making informed decisions. The counselor will be responsible for lead generation, follow-ups, conducting outreach activities, and meeting application and enrollment targets. A proactive, student-centric approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with schools and external partners are essential for success in this role.
