Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned AEM + Java Developer at the Architect level to join our team as an Individual Contributor on a high-impact World Bank project. This role demands deep technical expertise, hands-on development skills, and the ability to deliver scalable solutions independently.

Key Responsibilities :

Architect and implement robust AEM solutions integrated with Java-based backend systems.

Independently own and drive end-to-end development tasks—from design to deployment.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to security standards.

Troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective resolutions without supervision.

Required Skills :

Minimum 8 years of experience in AEM and Java development.

Strong proficiency in AEM architecture, components, templates, workflows, and integrations.

Solid experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines is a plus.

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
