Key Responsibilities : 1.

Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets in the Gujarat region. 2.

Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants. 3.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. 4.

Promote Sirca Paints' product range to clients, providing product knowledge and technical support. 5.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. 6.

Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue objectives. 7.

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and seminars to build brand recognition and generate leads. 8.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. Desired Candidate Profile : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in the PU or allied industries. Strong network and connections with architects, consultants, and contractors in the region. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and market penetration. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
