Job descriptionAssist in planning & executing merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility. Coordinate with the merchandising team for smooth on-ground execution. Work closely with sales & marketing to develop effective displays and promotional setups. Ensure consistent and premium-quality product placement & branding across outlets. Manage vendor coordination, material procurement, budgeting, and inventory of branding assets. Conduct regular market visits, track competitor activities, and share insights. Maintain high execution standards and support new launches with merchandising support. Experience in merchandising, brand activation, or trade marketing (Beverage / Alcohol / FMCG preferred). Strong vendor coordination & planning skills. Eye for detail, commitment to quality, and strong field execution mindset. Ability to manage multiple outlets and ensure timely implementation. Be part of a fast-growing premium beverage brand. Work in a creative, dynamic environment with rapid career growth. Play a direct role in shaping the brand experience across key market channels.
