Key ResponsibilitiesDocumentation & CRM Management
- Monitor and verify the uploading of Installation Checklists, PM Checklists, Training Certificates, and other service documents in CRM.
- Ensure all documents are correctly filled, follow Erba-approved formats, and are signed by certified engineers.
- Identify missing, incorrect, or non-compliant records and coordinate corrective actions with distributors and Regional Engineers.
Coordination & Follow-Up
- Maintain regular communication with distributors to ensure timely document submission.
- Track pending actions and follow up until closure.
- Support Regional Engineers by providing updated lists and summaries of compliance progress.
Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare weekly / monthly reports on :
- Uploaded vs. missing documents
- Compliance by distributor or region
- Instruments invoiced vs. installed
- Highlight repeated non-compliance or potential risks to management.
Compliance Support
- Assist in maintaining alignment with ISO 13485 : 2016 and IVDR (EU) 2017 / 746 documentation requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation completeness and traceability.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, Quality, or related technical discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in service coordination, CRM data management, or After Sales operations.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 and IVDR requirements (preferred).
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM platforms .
- Strong Excel and data management skills.
- Fluent in English .
