Required knowledge and experience :

• Strong understanding of Indian and overseas financial reporting requirements.
• Experience in internal control procedures and best practices to safeguard company assets and

ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.

Work experience in Accounting & CRM software and MS Office suite. Knowledge of Tally is a must.

Familiarity with tax laws and regulations, including corporate income tax, GST, and payroll

tax.

Familiarity with industry-specific accounting practices, regulations, and market dynamics

Total Experience :

Minimum of 8-14 years years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 4 years in a

supervisory role.

Desired Skill :

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Organizational and time management skills

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and the ability to meet tight deadlines

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present financial

information to non-financial stakeholders.

Desired Qualification :

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Professional Qualification will be a plus
