    Division : WWS.

    Department : Sales.

    Qualification : Btech / B.E in Mechanical Engineering.

    Experience : 9 - 18 years.

    Location : Pune.

    Roles AndResponsibility :

    • Domainknowledge & experience in water chemistry for water & wastewatertreatment.
    • Identify the application-based product need and develop the product in linewith future prospect.
    • Upgradation of existing product as per market requirement / new technology.
    • Knowledge of market competition in line with product requirement.
    • Knowledge of recent technology towards water & wastewater and its componentsuppliers.
    • Preparation & Achievement of Annual Business plan in line with DivisionalSBP.
    • Co-ordination with Channel business group category head to increase the productmarket share.
    • Align the structure review with CBG sales team to ensure month over monthbooking.
    • Techno-commercial support to Channel partners & sales team for water &wastewater products.
    • Self-motivated team leader who can manage the team.
    • Review the Team member work periodically and support them on way forward.
    • Conflict solving between TCA / Sales & TL Team.
    • Order Execution support to Channel partners as well as execution team.
    • Active involvement / quick decision on complaint solving of TCA / Direct customerbooked by CBG.
    • Submission of Techno-Commercial offer within 3-5 days based upon producttimeline.
    • Ensure for right drawings availability with Channel partners as per productupgradation.
    • Enhance the Digital platform (Proposal ROBO) for standard product offering.
    • Manage PBT month over month through product mix.
    • Mapping As sold Vs As executed Margin and take corrective actions based upondata.
    • Cross function working with marketing team for lead generation & productmarketing activity.
    • Working with different verticals of Thermax for cross sell opportunities.
