Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a TeleCaller at Zee Institute of Creative Arts - Nikol Ahmedabad. The TeleCaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students and guardians, explaining educational programs, and addressing inquiries. They will also follow up on leads, maintain records of communications, and assist in enrolment processes. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in telecalling techniques, customer service, and persuasive communication Ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and maintain documentation of student inquiries Basic knowledge of computer operations and record-keeping Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, target-oriented approach Prior experience in counseling, telecalling, or academic admissions is a plus Fluency in English, Hindi, and / or Gujarati is preferred
