Business Development Representative (BDR) – US Market (Inside Sales)

Location : Bengaluru (On-site)

Experience : 1-3 years in SaaS sales (US market preferred)

CTC : Up to 10 LPA

What You’ll Do

  • Drive outbound sales through calls, emails, , and SMS
  • Book qualified meetings with potential customers.
  • Leverage tools like Factors, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and Apollo.
  • Apply consultative selling to understand customer challenges and needs.
  • Ideal Candidate

  • 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales (IT / SaaS preferred).
  • Comfortable working US time zones (5 days in-office).
  • Hands-on with sales tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Apollo a plus).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
