We’re expanding our Tele Sales Team to ensure every incoming inquiry is handled with speed, clarity, and professionalism. If you enjoy meaningful conversations and converting leads into business opportunities, this role is for you.

- Qualify & categorise leads based on interest, budget, and requirements.
- Ensure fast follow-ups for hot and high-priority leads.
- Maintain & update a structured Master CRM with remarks and follow-up status.
- Drive higher conversions through confident, polite, and effective communication.
- Filter and manage daily leads.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for seamless closures.
- Excellent verbal communication (Hindi & English).
- Background in event planning, hospitality, banquets is a strong advantage.
- Experience in tele-calling / telesales / customer interaction roles preferred.
- Ability to maintain clean CRM data and handle follow-ups with discipline.
- Proactive, and good at managing multiple leads daily.
