Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Technical Release Manager

to oversee the deployment and release management processes of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce, a deep understanding of release management best practices, and proven experience in managing end-to-end deployment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and coordinate multiple releases across Salesforce environments.

Ensure successful deployment of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes with minimal downtime.

Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure release quality and schedule adherence.

Manage and maintain version control, configuration, and deployment documentation.

Identify and mitigate risks related to release management processes.

Automate and optimize deployment workflows using CI / CD tools and Salesforce DevOps best practices.

Monitor post-release performance and coordinate troubleshooting if required.

Enforce governance policies and ensure compliance with Salesforce standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Total Experience :

5+ years in IT, with at least

4 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Flows .

Strong understanding of

Salesforce platform architecture, deployment, and release management processes .

Hands-on experience with

Salesforce metadata API, change sets, and deployment tools

(e.g., Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or Bitbucket Pipelines).

Proven ability to manage

multiple concurrent releases

in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Salesforce certification

is an added advantage.

Exposure to Agile methodologies and CI / CD frameworks preferred.
