Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have : -

4+ years of experience in AI / ML

Python , FastAPI, Cloud ( / GCP),

Langchain, LangGraph / CrewAI

, Docker / Kubernetes, Classic ML / deep learning / Gen AI technologies, LLMs, NLP, Multi-agent frameworks , Evaluation metrics and Analysis of LLM, ADK, MCP etc

Hands-on experience in delivering production-grade AI / ML projects

Experience with deploying AI / ML models in production environments using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP

Good Exp in NLP, LLMs

Solid background in programming languages such as Python, SQL, PySpark, Hive, Shell Scripting.

Experience with cloud platforms AI Stacks like AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI is a plus

Proven excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Proficiency in frameworks such as Scikit Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch

Solid programming skills in Python, with experience in pandas, NumPy, and SQL

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Robust skills in EDA, building and maintaining AI / ML data pipelines
