Product Manager – Supply Chain

We’re looking for a Product Manager – Supply Chain to join our core product & technology team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the foundation of Pull Logic’s enterprise-grade Supply Chain Tech products and work on solutions that have a direct impact on how modern supply chains operate.
What You’ll Do
Product Strategy & Vision
- Own and refine the product strategy for core supply chain modules (forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimization, supplier ordering, etc.)
- Identify gaps, opportunities, and high-value workflows across equipment manufacturing, distribution, and retail industries
- Prioritize features using impact analysis, customer value, and feasibility
Customer Discovery & Domain Expertise
Conduct deep discovery with customers regarding operations, supply chain, production, purchasing, dealers, and financeTranslate domain problems into structured product requirements (PRDs, user stories)Understand nuances in supply chain metrics : service levels, lead-time variability, safety stock, unproductive inventory, BOM-level dependencies, etc.Product Development & Execution
Define clear requirements for Engineering & Data Science teams and ensure execution aligns with product goalsWork closely with DS / ML teams to operationalize forecasting models, replenishment logic, substitution matrices, and simulation featuresCollaborate with UX / UI to design intuitive dashboards, workflows, and AI-driven interactionsOwn end-to-end delivery from concept → prototype → pilot → production rolloutAI & Agentic Workflow Integration
Partner with engineering to embed Agentic AI across modulesDesign workflows where AI autonomously triggers insightsDefine guardrails for human-in-the-loop interactionsCross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Sales & Customer Success to align customer use cases and pilotsWork with Data Engineering and Integrations teams to define data requirements (ERP integration, external data sources, master data, 3rd-party signals)Support GTM teams with product positioning and messaging for new modulesWhat We’re Looking For
5-10+ years' experience in Supply Chain / Inventory Planning / Demand Planning / S&OP etc.Prior experience building or managing modules related to Forecasting, Replenishment, Inventory Planning, MRP / S&OP, Supplier ordering or allocationAbility to translate supply chain workflows into AI-driven automations understanding when and how to use LLMs, rules, ML models, and decision enginesExperience writing PRDs, user stories, workflows, and sprint requirementsAbility to work closely with engineering and data science teamsExcellent communication skills with customers and stakeholdersPrior experience in consulting, manufacturing, distribution, DTC brands, or aftermarket parts ecosystemExposure to AI / ML-driven supply chain products (forecasting engines, optimization models)Knowledge of how to design human-in-the-loop systems where AI collaborates with plannersExperience with tools like SAP APO / IBP, Blue Yonder, Infor, O9, Kinaxis, Manhattan, Anaplan, or similar (good to have)Experience with early-stage startups or 0→1 product building (good to have)SQL familiarity to check data and validate assumptions (good to have)Why Pull Logic?
