SOHII is seeking a dynamic and strategic Key Account Manager (KAM) who will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our Retail B2B clients. This role focuses on ensuring Retail B2B client satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and aligning internal teams to deliver high-quality experience. The KAM will acts as a trusted advisor to key high end B2B clients while driving account growth and profitability.

Key Skills and Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Servicing, or B2B Sales Preferably from Lifestyle, Baby care, Kids or FMCG Sector.
Proven ability to manage multiple high-value accounts and achieve growth targets.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
Advanced negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
Analytical mind set with comfort in Excel reporting and data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
